Daniele Brida Spence is a life- long resident of Glassboro. She attended J. Harvey Rodgers and St. Bridget’s Regional school and is a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School and Rowan College of Gloucester County.
Daniele is currently the Chief of Staff for the New Jersey Third Legislative District and previously worked for the County of Gloucester for 12 years as Commissioner Aide. She worked for the Borough of Glassboro Health and Housing Department for almost 2 years and was employed as dispatcher and sales manager for her family’s trucking company, Anthony M. Brida, Inc., for twenty years. She has over thirty-five years of office administration experience and over fifteen years of experience in government relations.
Daniele serves as President of the Glassboro Historical Society and volunteers for many other boards and commissions. She served on the Glassboro Memorial Day Parade Committee and the Park & Recreation Golf Tournament Committee. She is a current member and past trustee of VFW Post 679 Auxiliary, former coordinator for the Glassboro Municipal Alliance and is a former member of the Gloucester County Commission for Women.
Daniele serves as Chair of the Glassboro Historic Preservation Commission. She is a member of Mary Mother of Mercy Parish and their music ministry, singing and playing guitar mass for both Our Lady Queen of Peace and Our Lady of Lourdes churches. Daniele enjoys performing with local blues band, TK & The Howlers and entertaining friends and family at her home.
Daniele lives in Glassboro with her husband, Francis Spence, Retired USAF CMsgt., and their dogs, Leo and Lucy.
