The Municipal Building Code is a list of rules and regulations for housing and building. The purpose is to protect the health and safety of tenants and the general public. All residential housing and commercial buildings must meet these codes. We adhere to certain landlord and tenant rights. Construction Officials will be directly responsible for the daily oversight and administration of the Department of Code Enforcement, Planning, and Zoning.
