With the days getting longer and warmer in the New Jersey, this is the perfect opportunity to get out and explore what’s new and fun in Glassboro!

This rain or shine free community event will be open to the public for all ages to enjoy. The excitement will begin at 11am and end at 3 pm. There will be over 50 vendors on site selling artisan offerings, food, and non- alcoholic beverages. Activities will include live music, DJ’s, face painters, sports obstacle course, balloon artists, kids castles and a very special scholarship award for one deserving Glassboro High School student. For the second year in a row, the Creative Glassboro Arts Advisory Board, joined by Mayor John E. Wallace III and fellow council members, will award a $1,000 scholarship to a GHS Senior proficient in performing arts or visual arts. The 2019 recipient is Rebekah Toy.

“This event continually brings residents together for a free day of entertainment and education, building on the sense of collaboration and friendship that makes Glassboro such a great community,” said Council President George Cossabone. “I’d like to offer a very special Thank You to our local businesses and organizations whom continue to support unity in Glassboro and encourage people to get involved.”
