Glassboro Restaurant Week returns after an amazing inaugural year in 2024!

Glassboro Restaurant Week is the Borough’s premier dining event, founded in 2024 by Glassboro’s Economic Development Department in an effort to support the restaurant community.

How Restaurant Week Works:

The Borough of Glassboro’s Restaurant Week is an exciting culinary event that allows local restaurants to showcase their best dishes through a three-course prix fixe dinner/lunch menu, a special for the week, or a discount. The menu should include an appetizer, entree, and dessert, all designed to highlight the unique flavors and offerings of your establishment. Some restaurants join to highlight their regular menu and get a sense of what brings new visitors in to enjoy their restaurants. These Restaurant Weeks menus can be enjoyed individually or shared with friends, co-workers, or family.

Offer snacks, alcohol beverages, or coffee? Reach out to a local restaurant and partner to create a deal! Reach out to Megan Varrell, mvarrell@glassboro.org to assist with the creation of your partnership!

Creating Your Restaurant Weeks Menu:

1. Structure: Craft a 3-course menu following the format of an appetizer, entree, dessert, and possible craft beverages, or decide on a special, or discount that uniquely represent your offerings. Participating in a 3-course menu helps build excitement for this campaign, as this is what customers will be looking for when they visit during Restaurant Weeks, but you are welcome to sign up without a special menu and get a sense of what items your customers are interested in ordering.

2. Printable Material: Design your menu using the provided Glassboro Restaurant Week logo, ensuring it's suitable for printing on paper. You can also post your limited-time menu to your website and social media, making sure to tag Glassboro accounts.

3. Dining Deals: We encourage offering special dining deals to attract more patrons. Restaurants Weeks started as a time when customers could experience a more expensive restaurant than they could usually visit, at a lower cost. Since they may still be looking for a special deal, if you can offer one, it builds excitement for this campaign.

Additional Opportunities

For those interested in having your Restaurant Week offering on the 4 Downtown Glassboro kiosks, we are offering a kiosk campaign that kicks off on 2/1/25 and runs through the end of Restaurant Week for a small fee of $25. This is an fantastic opportunity to generate buzz and attract more diners to your establishment during the event.

  All Glassboro Restaurants are encouraged participant in the 2025 Restaurant Week, March 16-22, 2025. Participating restaurants offer either a three-course prix fixe dinner/lunch menu, a discount, or a special for the week. Restaurant owners should provide diners with Restaurant Week's special menu as well as their regular menu. Menu items should accurately reflect the restaurant in both portion size and quality. Each restaurant’s online listing includes your restaurant's logo, your offer, website, and social media link(s).

  • Participating establishments must be in Glassboro with a valid Merchantile License
  • There are no fees to participate.
  • Establishments must advertise event participation within the restaurant. (Glassboro will provide promotional materials)
  • Participation in Glassboro Restaurant Week does not indicate a promise of compensation, advertising beyond the noted promotional period, or enrollment in other community events.
  • With the exception of promotional material supplied by the Glassboro, all promotional costs and discounts are the sole responsibility of the participating restaurant.
